Refund policy
Due to high order volumes, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size to ensure it doesn't sell out.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are not accepted after 14 business days.
- We are unable to accept returns of jewelry, accessories, hats, hair accessories, bath & beauty products, seasonal/holiday items, Christmas items, and home items.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, animal hair, and smoke. Items that do not meet these criteria will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
- All tags must be attached to the items.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. NO store credits or exchanges can be made on sale items.
If you have an eligible item that you would like to return for store credit, you can request a prepaid return label by emailing us at info@redbirdmercantile.com. Please include your order number and the items to be returned. We will email you a prepaid return label for $6.95. This will be deducted from your store credit when processed.
If you would like to return the item yourself, please include a copy of your packing slip and items in the original plastic garment bags they were received in. Please send to:
