Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary during holidays and busy seasons. Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. We pick and package orders promptly to ensure you receive them in a timely manner, so cancellations are not possible. Please see our return policy to see if your order is eligible for return.
Our primary carrier is USPS, but there are times when orders are shipped with UPS.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, the shipping price is $6.95. Orders are sent USPS.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Additionally, we may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all information is included. Please included P.O. Box or apartment number if needed.
